Coaching is a collaborative partnership that empowers you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself that will guide you to achieving examined and controllable goals. It is a partnership based on trust, openness, curiosity, compassion, authenticity and non-judgement.
Every story is different. I will not tell you the answers or prescribe a "right way" because there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Therapy often looks to the past to support healing. Coaching is more future-focused, helping you explore where you are now and where you want to go. While emotions and challenges may arise, the aim is to move forward with awareness, understanding, and direction.

You are the captain of your ship. My role is like a sea pilot, stepping aboard for part of your journey to offer guidance, insight, and support as you navigate toward your goals. Coaching is not about being told what to do. It is about being truly listened to, supported, and challenged in a safe space where you can discover your own path.
I bring knowledge, strategies, and accountability, but you set the course. This journey takes courage: to take off the armour, trust the process, and stay open to new ideas and perspectives. Through it all, I am alongside you, championing you.
