Workshops & Speaking
Real conversations about people, pressure, and possibility at work
About My Work
I understand the corporate world — the high standards, the pace, and the unspoken expectation to keep it all together.
There’s constant pressure to perform, lead, and be authentic — but not too much. Many people learn to armour up, managing everything on the surface while running on empty underneath.
After two decades as a lawyer and conduct & culture specialist in the banking sector, and postgraduate training in psychotherapy and coaching, I now help organisations explore what really drives behaviour, resilience, and integrity at work.
As an actor as well as a coach, I bring an ability to connect, listen, and communicate in ways that land.
My sessions bring together insight, humour, and practical tools — helping people navigate the complex human side of professional life: pressure, perfectionism, communication, and change.
What I Offer
I design and deliver workshops and talks for leaders and teams who want to:
Build healthier boundaries and manage energy sustainably
Strengthen communication, self-awareness, and connection
Explore culture, conduct, and psychological safety
Reflect on what “authenticity” and wellbeing actually mean in the modern workplace
Sessions are conversational and interactive, tailored to your context — whether you’re exploring leadership development, culture change, or wellbeing at work.
Style & Approach
My approach blends professional experience, psychological insight, and a coaching mindset — with a touch of storytelling and northern humour to keep things real and engaging.
Each workshop is designed to leave participants with both insight and action — small, meaningful shifts that make work more sustainable, ethical, and connected.
Jane Smith
Our team absolutely loved Caroline’s workshop. Like many professionals, we’re deeply committed to the work we do and the people we do it with — which can make setting boundaries a challenge. Caroline helped us see things differently, breaking boundaries down into clear, practical types and sharing real examples from her own experience that resonated. It was an engaging, grounding and genuinely useful session that has stayed with us.
