Work with me

Empowering neurodivergent and overwhelmed individuals in Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond

Finding Your Way

Everyone’s journey is different.
Finding your way starts with understanding where you are now — and what kind of support feels right for you.

I offer two coaching pathways, each designed to meet you where you are in life — whether you’re navigating career and change, parenting and pressure, or learning to manage study, independence, and expectations.

Coaching that is affirming, strengths-based, and tailored to your needs. It meets you where you are, and supports you as you move forward. Available online worldwide.

The Wayfinding Path

For adults, parents, professionals, and leaders

A personalised coaching journey for people balancing a lot — work, family, leadership, or life changes — and wanting to feel clearer, calmer, and more intentional.

You might be navigating burnout, parenting challenges, a career shift, or simply wanting to make things feel more sustainable.

The Wayfinding Path blends reflection, structure, and strategy — helping you move from awareness to meaningful, lasting change.

Includes:

  • Ongoing coaching sessions tailored to your goals

  • Tools and reflection exercises between sessions

  • Optional focus on executive functioning, wellbeing, or leadership growth

  • Suitable for individuals or parents navigating neurodivergence and family dynamics

The Emerging Wayfinder

For teens and uni students

Life can feel like a lot.
You’re juggling school or study, friendships, expectations — and maybe everyone seems to have an opinion about what you should be doing.

You might be trying your best but still feel behind, distracted, or constantly under pressure.
It’s not about effort — it’s about finding what actually works for your brain.

The Emerging Wayfinder gives you space to pause, talk things through, and find tools that help you manage focus, motivation, emotions, and everyday life.

It’s not a course or a checklist.
It’s a series of conversations that help you make sense of how you think and learn — and figure out what helps you feel more in control, confident, and capable in your own way.
