Empowering neurodivergent and overwhelmed individuals in Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond

For Neurdivergent Adults, Parents of Neurodivergent Children, and Professionals

The Wayfinding Path offers space to pause, reflect, and find practical ways forward — whether you’re navigating life as a neurodivergent adult, supporting a neurodivergent child, or working as a high-performing professional.

You might be here because you’re looking for calmer, clearer ways to manage daily life and responsibilities.

Or perhaps you’re a parent wanting to better understand and support your child.

Maybe you’re a professional seeking balance, focus, and a more sustainable rhythm.

Wherever you’re starting from, the Wayfinding Path adapts to your goals and circumstances.

Who I Work With

ADHD & Neurodivergent Adults

Life can feel full of competing priorities, unfinished projects, and a brain that won’t switch off. You might be brilliant at big-picture thinking yet find planning, time management, and follow-through frustratingly hard. Or perhaps masking has kept you going — but at a cost to your energy and self-trust.

Sometimes the strategies that once worked simply stop. As life changes — through shifting roles, added responsibilities, or hormonal transitions like perimenopause — the load can feel heavier, and burnout can creep up before you even notice.

Through The Wayfinding Path, we’ll explore what supports your brain to thrive rather than fight against it. Together, we’ll notice patterns, simplify what’s getting in the way, and experiment with routines that align with your natural rhythms. There’s no one-size-fits-all — just curiosity, compassion, and gentle structure to help you find what actually works.

The aim isn’t perfection or fixing — it’s clarity, steadiness, and a sense of forward movement in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.

Adults Experiencing Anxiety & Burnout

When everything looks “fine” on the outside but inside you’re wired, tired, and stretched too thin, it can feel like your system is running on fumes. You might be keeping things afloat through willpower and responsibility — but it’s hard to slow down or know where to begin rebuilding.

In The Wayfinding Path, we create space to pause and listen beneath the noise. We’ll untangle what’s driving the overload, explore gentler ways to hold boundaries, and rediscover what restores you. Together we’ll notice patterns of over-functioning, find new rhythms for work and rest, and build small anchors of calm that fit real life.

The aim isn’t perfection or fixing — it’s finding steadier ground, reconnecting with what matters, and learning to move forward without burning out along the way.

Professionals, Leaders & High-Performers

Being a partner in a law firm, an executive, or a professional in the corporate world can be both rewarding and relentless. When you spend your days leading, advising, and holding it all together, there’s rarely a safe space to take off the armour and be real about the pressures you face.

Who do you turn to when you need to talk openly about your doubts, fears, or exhaustion? Within many organisations, vulnerability can feel risky — especially in systems built around assessment, performance, and a constant fear of not being good enough.

Over time, that pressure takes a toll on wellbeing, relationships, and clarity. Professional coaching offers a confidential space to pause, reflect, and recalibrate.

As your coach, I bring insight from my own years in the corporate world — I understand the cultures and unspoken expectations that make authenticity difficult. Through The Wayfinding Path, we work together to navigate your challenges, reconnect with what truly matters, and move forward with confidence and self-trust.

While I may offer information, tools, or challenges, you remain up front in the waka (canoe) — setting your direction and pace. My role is to paddle alongside, helping you navigate the waters with greater awareness, balance, and purpose.

Parents of Neurodivergent Children

You’re the steady presence — the advocate, organiser, and emotional anchor for your child. You hold so much for everyone else that it’s easy to lose sight of your own needs and energy. Parenting a neurodivergent child brings deep love and purpose, but also constant learning, invisible labour, and moments of isolation.

Through The Wayfinding Path, we create a space that’s just for you. We’ll slow things down and look at what’s working, where the load feels heavy, and what might bring more ease to your days. Together we’ll explore how to balance your child’s needs with your own wellbeing, communicate more effectively with schools and whānau, and find rhythms that actually fit your family’s life — not someone else’s idea of “normal.”

The aim isn’t perfection or fixing — it’s compassion, clarity, and steadier ground for both you and your child to thrive.
