Together, we’ll create personalised strategies that meet you where you are and help you move forward with more clarity, balance, and confidence.

The Wayfinding Path

The Wayfinding Path is a structured yet flexible coaching journey designed to help you create more calm, clarity, and direction.

What’s included:

  • 10 sessions: Discovery, Strengths & Values, Focus Sessions, and a Review

  • VIA Strengths Report

  • Private portal for notes and resources

  • Focus Menu for inspiration

  • SOS check-ins between sessions if something comes up

What it involves

Across the journey, you will gain a clearer picture of your strengths, values, and goals. We will also explore focus areas such as executive functioning skills, mindset, and lifestyle foundations (sleep, movement, nutrition, connection), or whatever feels most important to you.

What you take away

Practical strategies, information, deeper self-awareness, and the beginnings of a personalised toolbox you can keep building long after our work together.

Your Wayfinding Path is tailored to your needs. Some people move quickly into action, while others want more time in reflection. The path adapts to you.

The Wayfinding Onward Journey 

After completing The Wayfinding Path, many people choose to continue with regular coaching. These fortnightly or monthly sessions offer space to stay aligned with what matters, set goals, and keep moving forward with support and accountability. 

It's an ongoing rhythm of reflection, action and growth that helps you continue to sail your path with clarity and confidence.
